| Who owns my trees if I sell them to NoCarbEx? |
| You still own the tree but, The North American Carbon Exchange takes purchases title to the carbon offset. It is anticipated that the North American Carbon Exchange will in turn sell your offsets through the international marketplaces to greenhouse gas emitters to offset their CO2 production. |

| What if I sell my home? |
| The carbon in the trees convey for thirty years to the North American Carbon Exchange and subsequent owners.
You can still sell your home, but the new owner cannot cut the tree except as below. |
| Can I or new owners remove the trees I planted? |
| Yes. The offsets may be purchased back through the exchange at prevailing market rates. |

| Are there volunteer opportunities? |
| Yes. NoCarbEx volunteers across North America helping with auditing the national inventory of new growth trees. |

| Can I take a tax deduction of donating my new trees to NoCarbEx? |
| Yes. NoCarbEx will proceeds of the sales of your trees on your behalf to the environmental organization of your choice. |
